Appalachian Alpacas is a small family farm nestled in the foothills of the Unaka Mountains in beautiful Northeast Tennessee.  The rolling countryside is a peaceful backdrop for our herd of huacaya alpacas.

Alpaca owners since 2001, we have enjoyed twenty healthy crias born on our property so far.  Our older children, James(16yrs), Samantha(13yrs), Joseph(10yrs), help us with the care and handling of the animals, while Aubrey Mae(4yrs), just waves hello to them.

We have shown our males in Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Tennessee both in halter and youth performance classes.  Striving to raise personable, quality alpacas, we continue to learn and grow and integrate alpacas into our lives.
